This week I am tackling something that I have actually been looking forward to - my Once-a-Month Cooking menu for March! I purchased the Once-a-Month Cooking book by Mimi Wilson & Mary Beth Lagerborg after speaking to several other moms in my MOPS group. They all raved about it and I have to tell you - this book is awesome!
Once-a-Month Cooking gives you recipes, how-to guides - even what tasks to complete in what order. It truly does look like a wonderful plan to save me time and to save me from the "what's for dinner" question at 5:pm every day...

Great goal! I do weekly menu planning (see my cooking blog) because a month is too overwhelming for me. I'll have to check out that book, too.

I wish I could plan meals one month at a time. We seem to have interruptions everywhere.
